Responsibilities:
Assist the Programme Manager / Leader in the management and operation of the 1-InnoCERT programme including handling of enquiries & application, planning & scheduling of assessment, organizing and monitoring of all certification activities in order to facilitate the achievement of the company’s business plan objective.
Assist the Programme Manager / Leader in the management and operation of other potential programme operated by SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. such as MSC Malaysia Certified Solutions programme including handling of enquiries & application, planning & scheduling of assessment, organizing and monitoring of all certification activities.
Basic Requirements:
Degree in Science or Engineering with 1 to 2 years working experience in coordinating of certification programme related activities and have good knowledge in software applications.
Additional Requirements:
1. Demonstrate good understanding of the innovation and certification programme.
2. Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving with ability to provide new approach.
3. Demonstrate effective communication, both spoken and written, presentation and interpersonal skill and articulates in expression
4. Present a professional image.
5. Display an aptitude to quickly and correctly identified customers’ needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.
